Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action: In November, 2019, the Canadian Association of Social Workers issued a Statement of Apology and Commitment to Reconciliation on behalf of the CASW member jurisdictions, which includes SASW. The statement also includes a commitment to not repeat past harms. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action begin the process of moving forward on a path of reconciliation.
