Position Summary
Interior Health has an exciting permanent part time (0.80 FTE) opportunity for a Master’s Level Social Worker to join the Home Health team based out of the Penticton Regional Hospital. Who Are We Looking For? This MSW position is with the Moog Hospice House as well as with Oncology to support outpatient Oncology clients. This position will work with a close-knit interdisciplinary team supporting clients and their families in a holistic approach to the End-of-Life journey. The oncology aspect of the role allows the successful candidate the opportunity to provide not only support and resource brokering but also the possibility of future wellness through supportive resources.
